How soon can you come out?
If there is immediate danger (gas smell, smoke/sparking, or possible CO symptoms), leave the home and call 911 first. Then call us. For urgent service issues, call any time and we will schedule the earliest available appointment with a specific arrival window.
What if the repair costs more than replacing the system?
If that's the case, we'll tell you. We'll explain both your repair options and replacement options honestly so you can make the best decision for your situation. We're not here to push replacements. Just to give you the facts.
